Classic Monks v1.1.6 Released - Precision Update with 10 Targeted Improvements

Hey everyone,

I’m happy to announce that Classic Monks v1.1.6 is now live!

This release includes a total of 10 targeted improvements:

  • 4 new features
  • 6 critical fixes
  • Security hardening and stability improvements across various hosting environments

Key Highlights

Comprehensive Login Page Styling - You can now fully customize the WordPress login experience to match your brand directly within Classic Monks, without needing an extra plugin. Design controls include form borders, custom shadows, navigation link styles, and notice message appearance for a premium, white-labeled login screen.

Classic Feedback Dynamic Data for Bricks - Added full dynamic data support with new tags for vote counts, ratios, and totals. These work flawlessly inside Bricks Query Loops for building dynamic rating systems.

WP-CLI & cPanel Stability - Fixed a fatal error that occurred in WP-CLI contexts (like cPanel staging environments) when the Bricks Builder theme was inactive.

Folder Manager Flexibility - Added two new configuration toggles: a “Show in Admin Menu” option for post types without a category taxonomy, and a “Use Default Category” toggle for posts and WooCommerce products that rely on native WordPress category taxonomies.

Security Hardening - Custom login URL handling has been hardened with parameter whitelisting, strict redirect validation, and reserved path conflict detection.
